I used to be a regular at thoona pub when Dan and his wife owned it but now it's unfortunate to see the meal quality and standards deteriorate within less than 12 months since the new owners have taken over. Chicken parmys should actually come with ham/bacon as standard and as i had them tell me tonight, they never have... I'm not stupid, don't appreciate being spoken to like i am, ganged up on by the staff when i bring it to their attention and FYI every other pub i have been to makes chicken parmys WITH HAM OR BACON. It's unacceptable. The meals have shrunk in size and quality and the venue is going to wreak and ruin. What a shame. Won't be back anytime soon.

Perfect country pub. Friendly staff and patrons, great meals. Well worth the drive.
